Blaze self-performed the site work and building pad preparation for the construction of the new transit center in Ann Arbor, MI. The site work included the abandonment and relocation of the existing wet utilities, mass excavation, site grading, and new water main, storm, and sanitary sewer.

Blaze relocated the existing utilities to make room for the new 3.5 mile M-1 Rail. Site utility relocations included water main, electrical duct bank, and storm sewer. Blaze was also involved in the M-1 Vehicle Maintenance Facility.
