On this award winning brownfield project, Blaze self-performed the site demolition, site remediation, mass excavation, contaminated soil removal, grading, site utility installations, and site preparation for all the hard surfaces. This new medical storage and distribution facility is the anchor of the $500M expansion of Henry Ford Health System.

Blaze self-performed the mass excavation, soil stabilization, grading, and site wet utility installations for the new $75M manufacturing and engineering facility that stands at 290,000 square feet.

Blaze self-performed the Phase One major site remediation and cleanup of the old UniRoyal Tire manufacturing site along the Detroit River. Work scope included a 45ft excavation and removal of all contaminates along the river’s edge. Blaze exported 850,000 tons of contaminated soils and backfilled with 850,000 tons of engineered fill.

Blaze self-performed the parking lot repairs, modifications, and renovations for the Consumer Regional Distribution Center in Livonia, MI. Scope of work included the removal and replacement of asphalt pavement and storm sewer drainage modifications.
