Blaze has self-performed earthwork and site utilities for several projects located within the multi-billion dollar General Motors Tech Center in Warren, Michigan. Blaze performed as the prime contractor for the renovation and expansion at the GM Lansing Assembly Plant Haulaway Yard. The scope of work included earthwork, site utilities, site lighting, curbs, walks, concrete, and asphalt paving. Blaze performed similar work at GM Powertrain plants at Romulus and Warren.

Blaze self-performed the site demolition, mass excavation, site remediation, aggregate installations, contaminated water and soil disposal, as well as wet utility installations at the Ford Wixom, Willow Run, Sterling Heights, and Romeo Plants. Blaze has also performed parking lot renovations and expansions at the Rawsonville & Rouge plants.

Blaze self-performed parking lot renovations, new building pad preparation, and site utility relocations for the plant and headquarters building.

Blaze self-performed the parking lot expansion with underground storm utilities and a pedestrian bridge in Farmington Hills. Blaze also was involved in the work on the Mack Engine expansion and Warren Truck Plant.
